August was a decent month, several games being played and a couple of new gamers participating. Vacations, GenCon and then school starting cut into participation.

Now that school and VU are in full swing, Legends is becoming a busy place. Friday Night Magic, Magic Commander League, Role Playing Games, Board Game Night, a weekly Werewolf game, and Tuesday Game Night at the VU Student Union are just a few of the things going on. A Malifaux League is forming, along with talk of an X Wing Miniatures League forming.

If you have a game you would like to try out but don’t have, a game you have collecting dust in the back of the closet, or just want some gaming camaraderie, join us at Legends on Wednesdays starting at 5pm.

DC MUSEUM GAMERS UPDATE – AUGUST 2014

August was a month of planning and decision making for the DC Museum Gamers Group. We have expanded our reach in the marketing field, adding a Facebook page, Daviess County Gaming Group, and working with the Washington Times Herald to advertise our upcoming game day on September 6th.

Lets get to the games.

In September there will be a Napoleonic Miniatures demonstration. Is October, plans are being made to hold a Magic the Gathering Tournament at the October Game Day.
